Body shapes and fitness levels don’t matter to us but effort and attitudes do.
The things that matter are how you apply yourself to a task, your willingness to learn and be coachable, to take responsibility for your actions, to be encouraging to other members and be open to honest feedback.
A willingness to work out with the fittest in the group because it will make you better but also humble enough to train with a newbie because you understand what it’s like to start from scratch.
Being gossip free and celebrate other people’s wins no matter how big or small and have respect for the time people give you.
These are the things we value we aren’t concerned with how you look.
What makes our gym and other fitness communities tick is the friendships built with like minded people. Good people first, fit people second.
