Our challenge is different to the rest, the winner of the challenge is not the one who simply loses the most weight. The last thing we want to do is encourage you to starve and over train with the goal to lose as much weight as you can in the eight weeks, only to put it back on, plus some! We educate you on the process and how to make lifestyle changes that suit you for ongoing success.
The proof is in the ‘after after’ photo of our first two challenge winners, Liz and Dave won their round based on improvements in fitness and strength, weight loss, measurements and mental health improvements.
